I just installed these this week. I purchased 14 to distribute in my Triplex with attached garages. I wanted everyone to know if a fire were to happen even if the fire was not in their unit including in the garages. Pairing the individual alarms was easy.

I chose the X-Sense SC07-W (link/ RF) Combination detectors. They do not individually pair with a hub or app BUT rather they connect with each other and when one goes off the rest do as well. I paired 9 of these combination smoke/CO detectors together and added 1 X-Sense listener which does connect to a hub and the X-sense app and generates an alert when the alarms go off. The SC07-W were a breeze to connect and install as was the listener. The app is clean and user friendly. Highly recommend!

I purchased (4) X-Sense model SC07-W. I am very pleased with them. It’s great that they are interlinked. If one sounds they all sound and no wiring needed. I highly recommend. No battery replacement for ten years.

I decided to purchase directly from X-Sense instead of Amazon to avoid any chance of receiving a fake. Well, I must say that the whole ordering process through X-Sense made me second guess the authenticity of this company. It took over two weeks to receive my order, which in of itself is not a problem, but the customer service was severely lacking. I emailed about not seeing any movement on the fulfillment of the order and their website saying the order was placed in April of 2024 (it was December of 2023 when I placed the order) with an expected ship date of October of 2024. I never received a response, so I gave it a few days and decided to call and was asked if I had already called before. Not sure what that was all about, but I was told they’d take my order number and get back to me. Again, what is that all about? A few days later I finally received an email letting me know that my order has indeed shipped with no proper/professional email signature. I received them in the mail in a plastic bag typically reserved for soft goods like clothing, and they were individually wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap - it seemed like this was their first time fulfilling an orderi Again, I don’t mess around with safety, so going through all that I did I couldn’t get over the fact that all they could do was throw their products in a bag hoping for the absolute best with shipping. I’d love to audit their quality and engineering department - if either exist. All this to say I don’t trust this company nor its products. I won’t be returning them either because I don’t trust that I’ll get my money back. I ended up buying Kidde to hedge against any potential shortcomings of X-Sense.

Would like to see a model with ion smoke detection and an ac powered unit that communicates with Link system. This last would be use to update existing ac wired units that have outlived their time, and would allow that unit to be part of an extended system. Also, important are gas detectors integrated into the system. Thanks.

I purchased a 3-pack of interconnected combination alarms and a remote control. Packaging says interconnection is set up out of the box on the 3 pack but when you press the test button, only one alarm sounds. Can't get the remote to work AT ALL and the instructions are in a font so tiny it's impossible to read. Wish there were instructional videos on how to connect and test these properly. I'm so annoyed.

Set up of interlinking devices was a breeze as well as installation. I installed 9 of them including one in my detached Barn well over 100 feet from my closest detector inside my house, I was happy to see the connection hold! I just wish it would notify you which detector has activated by announcing its location.

My home was built in the early 1990's and did have a system of several hard-wired smoke detectors installed. But two of them were placed high on a cathedral ceiling and needed a 12ft step ladder (carried to the upper floor) to change the backup batteries. Well, as you know, the battery warning chirp always comes on a 3am. These were also installed in hallways outside the bedrooms, new code wants a smoke detectors in each bedroom. So, these new 10yr wireless connected smoke/CO detectors were a perfect solution. They are now in each bedroom, basement and main hallway, accessible with a small step ladder, and I'm hoping at least 9+ years before I need to replace them. Easy to install and set up, and the cost for the 6-unit package is competitive with buying individual battery/hard-wired smoke detectors. Units give good performance and status information, old/standard smoke detectors did nothing but chirp when backup battery was low.

Great product but a few words
1). Make sure the units are close together when pairing
2). When wall-mounted, the mounting holes are misplaced, making it easy to identify the "top". Ideally, you want to display at the top. But the mounting holes don't line up with the apparent top. You must assemble the unit, attach it to the wall, and mark the wall and mounting bracket for alignment before screwing in.

Got 2 of them. Tested it in a covered garage. They succeeded after letting the engine run in the garage for a few minutes. Nice feature. Not long enough to check battery life.

I don't want to return this, but we got a lot of false positives in one room. This is the third time so far, in a few days. The only thing we can think of is that it's close to the ceiling fan, but so are the others. Please help - this doesn't work for us. At least the other alarms do sound so they are properly networked.

I did have a small problem and received excellent customer service that was prompt, professional and accurate. I recommend these devices as a single network solution for your entire home

Thanks to the little fumes on the stove, we were able to test this in real-world applications, I can say it's sensitive and it's very, very noisy, all things considered a very good thing. Only time will tell how close it is to 10 years, but even so, I would buy it again.

After converting the garage into a bedroom, we needed an interconnected detector to pass the inspection. Connecting each subsequent unit to the network is a two button process, hold the previous unit until it beeps, then the new unit until it beeps and all units beep. The alarms are loud, so a little hearing protection will make their connection more pleasant.

These are the X-Sense SC07 models. I bought these because searching for the X-Sense SC07-W brought me here. I have already purchased 6 packs of X-Sense SC07-W and need three more. However, these SC07s are not connected to each other. Model is missing "W". I found this out after reading the manual and seeing that these don't have a "pairing" function. And they don't have the wireless icon printed on the side like the X-Sense SC07-W does.

I bought these because they are wired together wirelessly. The cigarettes you find in box stores don't have that, unless they're hardwired. I installed all of them and tested fine.

Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors feature 3-color LED indicators that provide early warning if hazardous substances are present with flashing LED lights and an 85 decibel siren. LED color warnings are red for danger, yellow for malfunction or low battery, and green for normal operation. It also features an informative LCD that enables you to view carbon monoxide levels from 30-999 parts per million. The LCD also shows what you need to do if abnormal air is detected. Other than that, it's wireless, powered by a 10-year lithium battery, and very economical at the same time.

I bought these because I could order a silent remote that I could mount in an easy to reach place! We just got a false alarm wake-up call at 4:30am and our 28 year old alarm clock really needs to be replaced. Six should have been paired, but I'm not sure because I installed all of them, including the 7th I bought separately. Pairing the 7th with the remote I think I might lose the pairing for the others since they won't talk to each other during testing.

Very easy to install. Hopefully I'll never get a chance to review how well they work, but it's nice to have smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in one. They look great and blend well.

First purchase. I usually buy hard-wired units, but my installation was impossible, these save time for checking. Only time will tell if they perform well and continue, but so far so good. Triggered without error.

10 years of battery life and interconnected features are the reasons we chose this model. I tested the feature before installing and they all work fine. I wrote the month/year so now we'll wait and see how long the battery will last. Installation is super easy and takes less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend this product.

I recommend watching the video on how to install and interconnect before installation is very helpful. I was able to install all of them myself. Shortly after installation, I was cooking and the kitchen was a little smoky. The alarm in the kitchen immediately went off, followed by the rest of the house. I was concerned about how the sirens would look in my house, but I barely noticed them. I would expect the battery life to last the full 10 years.
