I was very impressed with how easy it was to set up 6 smoke/co detectors

I was very impressed with how easy it was to set up 6 smoke/co detectors. Unfortunately, I didn’t think the bases were as well designed. It would be great if they were marked to allow straight vertical mounting easily, and if they didn’t have completely unique holes compared to the legacy brands most people are replacing.

Very easy to connect to the app and set up

Very easy to connect to the app and set up. Only improvement for installation would be a mark on the mounting plate to indicate the top so that the detector is mounted where the display can be read upright. I put my own mark on there but sometimes doing that it can be off just a little bit.

Great detector with good phone app integration

I bought this detector to replace one that kept alarming for no good reason. Installation was easy and its nice having it linked to the app on my phone. That way, even if I'm not home and rhe alarm goes off, I still know about it. I also like that it shows real time status including CO levels both on the detector display and on the app. This is the second detector like this I have installed, and rhe ability to name them amd set their locations in the app makes it easy to monitor multiple detectors remotely. Im considering putting one in my workshop as well since it will notify me of an alarm even when I'm not where I could hear it.

Overall this seems like an excellent product.
