Recently, we became aware that certain models sold in the U.S. market by some distributors (including SC01-W , SC06-WX , SC07 , SD2L0AX , XS01-WX ) were originally designed and manufactured in accordance with UL 217, 6th Edition. As industry technology has advanced, this standard was officially replaced by UL 217, 9th Edition on June 30, 2024. We understand that this transition may cause some inconvenience.

We would like to formally clarify that all of the above-mentioned products fully complied with the UL 217, 6th Edition standard in effect at the time of manufacture. These products do not present any safety hazards or quality issues and can be used with confidence.

At the same time, we fully recognize that this standards update may affect your purchasing decisions. To ensure a smooth transition to the latest safety standards and to eliminate any concerns arising from this change, we are offering the following dedicated support program for customers who purchased the above models between June 30, 2024 and December 31, 2025 :

Free Upgrade Program

You may apply to replace your current product with a corresponding new model that complies with UL 217, 9th Edition at no cost. X-SENSE will cover all related expenses, enabling a seamless upgrade to the latest safety technology.

Full Refund Option

If you prefer, you may also request a full refund through your original purchase channel.
