DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH X-SSENSE

I ordered carbon monoxide detectors from this company on 9/22/25 and was told my order would be delivered in three business days. A week later I received a message from USPS stating the order has been "intercepted and redirected at the request of the sender." I have been communicating with X-Sense ever since and have requested either a replacement or refund; so far they have provided neither. Just a stall response - - "wait a few more days, I can't issue a refund, I need to talk with my supervisor, etc." All BS. This place is a scam.

Still has not been delivered

Still has not been delivered. The original delivery day was 9/16. It sat at the USPS distribution center for 10 days, which is ~200 miles from my house. Then on 9/24 it arrived at a USPS facility in Puerto Rico, which is ~1300 miles from my house. When I contacted X-Sense customer service I was told that my package is still in transit and they assured me it would be delivered. It has now been sitting at the facility in Puerto Rico for 2 days.

Very good quality product. Easy to install and test
