Which alarm started the sequence?

We love our X-Sense Link alarms. Hoping someone will read this review and comment. Or respond. The other night - of course at 3:00 am - the alarms went off. First time ever besides testing. We searched the house, determined a false alarm and hit silence on an alarm in the hallway. All devices except one went quiet. The alarm in our bedroom keep sounding the alarm. We had to silence it separately. My question is, when 4, 5, more devices are linked and alarm is triggered - is there anyway to know which alarm detected the 'smoke' or triggered the others? Was the fact that the bedroom alarm kept sounding the indication that it was the instigating alarm? Since it was false, I'd really like to know which one I should examine more closely.
