What is the X-Sense Home Security Kit used for?
This X-Sense home security kit includes a base station, 2 motion sensors, 4 entry sensors, and 1 remote control. With this system, you can monitor and control your security devices using the app and stay informed of what’s happening in and around your house.

How do I silence an alarm?
If a false alarm has been triggered and you want to silence it, you can silence it using the app, but make sure to check your home safety before that. Alternatively, you can switch to Disarm Mode using a remote control.

How many sensor devices and remote controls can be connected to one base station?
Currently, one base station can accommodate up to 32 sensor devices and 6 remote controls. However, the X-Sense SBS10 base station is only compatible with X-Sense sensor devices and remote controls.

Will the base station stop working if the power goes out?
During a power outage, the base station will automatically activate a battery backup to support continuous power for 12 hours, giving you peace of mind knowing that your security system will still function and protect your home.

How many security modes does this system have?
This X-Sense Home Security System has 3 security modes: Disarm Mode, Home Mode, and Away Mode. You can customize each security mode, or change individual parameters in each mode, such as sensor sensitivity, sensor name, and notification sounds, all from within the app.
